Louise was born in Mildura but later moved to North Queensland, where she worked in various community roles and completed her degree, before returning to Mildura in 2022 to continue working in the community services sector.
Louise is passionate about advocating for vulnerable members of community and continually seeking ways and means to have their voices heard. In 2024, she graduated from the Northern Mallee Leaders program, further strengthening her leadership skills.
She joined the Collaborative Governance Group to work alongside like-minded people, contribute to positive change, and share her passion for culture. Family and friends are central to Louise’s life, and she values the time she spends with them.
