Mark is a proud Wiradjuri and Yorta Yorta man with a long-standing commitment to health and education across the Mildura region. He has worked passionately to bridge gaps in these sectors, ensuring Indigenous voices are heard, valued, and respected.
Currently serving as the VAEAI Murray Valley Representative, Mark advocates for culturally safe policies that support Indigenous learners and educators across Victoria. His deep understanding of community needs and dedication to improving outcomes drew him to the HUM Yarning Group, where he shares valuable insights grounded in lived experience and systems knowledge.
