Rachel plays a key role in strengthening the systems and practices that support Hands Up Mallee’s work, focusing on embedding learning, reflection, and alignment across all areas. She also contributes to the Measurement, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) activities, working in the data space to support informed decision-making and guide continuous improvement.
Rachel returned to the Mildura region and joined Hands Up Mallee, bringing over 25 years of experience in management, strategy, membership, communications, and marketing within the not-for-profit sector. Her thoughtful, values-driven approach encourages honest reflection on what’s working and where systems can evolve to create lasting change.
